Waving the White Flag to terror
I turly hope that Spector keeps his word and has hearings on the breaking of the FISA laws and the breaching of the 4th amendment by bush's spying activities.
I hope all of congress voices their outrage over this dispicable revelation. I urge everyone to read the FISA statutes for themselves... it's clear what bush has done... and ADMITTED to doing is ILLEGAL and against the law.
If congress is silent after their "holiday" break.... American has waved the white flag to Osama bin Laden....
and that white flag is our CONSTITUTION.

A Right Wing Letter to Verterans of Iraq War
Dear US Soldier,
From the very first day our "godly SCOTUS Appointed" pResident bush mentioned that Saddam Hussein was a threat to our country, we supported your misson. We held Support the War rallys against those American hating communist, terrorist loving, fag left wing, god hating enemys to your Godly duty to go kill Muslims.
We covered our cars with ribbon magnets touting our support for bush that said "support the troops". We burned our Dixie Chix CDs by the millions and hung Michael Moore in effigy. Brave Americans like Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, Michael Savage and others, told us daily who the "enemy" really was on our free speech airwaves. We appluaded Abu Ghraib and some of us proudly wear T-Shirts and other gear to prove it.
We disregarded ney sayers like Gen Shinseki and Wesley Clark by denouncing their concerns.
We pointed out the attrocities and crimes committed by John Kerry in Vietnam, we exposed Max Cleland as a "drunk" who blew off his own arms and legs, we showed John McCain to be weak, as he divulged information to the enemy under torture, and we let Americans know that Iraqi vet Paul Hacket, was merely a "paper pusher" and served no true purpose in supporting our great leaders mission to kill the enemy. And we quickly responded to retired Marine Jack Murtha's call for redeployment pointing out he is betraying the mission and is a "cut and run coward".
We touted your bravery and how you are doing "god's work" every chance we got. We pointed out how you have kept America safe from another attack by "fighting them over there". We stood behind you at every junction of the war.
With this said, if you make it home alive, you too must support us and show your gratitude of our efforts. For if you don't ...... re-read paragraph three.... for we will trash you too faster than a Swift Boat Vet on COKE!
A 'godly" American for war.

Trashing Military Service
Where does the Right Wing get off anyway? Ever since Iraq and attack and war have been brought up, the right wing message which is echoed loudly by the MSM is "support the troops" (code for I love bush). Bill O'Reilly told everyone who disagreed with the war to "just shut up!" when the first missles were fired ito Baghdad in March of 2003. But what troops do they "support" and how do they measure military service?
Prior to this, think back to before the 2002 mid-term election and the trashing Max Cleland took, or back even further to the trashing of John McCain' service during the Presidential race in 2000. And 2004, what a disgrace it was to see military service trashed by the Right Wing in America. (You know who you are). And what about Paul Hacket, just this year, 2005, the Right Wing was degrading his service in Iraq as simply a "paper pusher". (Rush)
Now I have never met a veteran of the military who does not support the right to speak out against government policy. Most will tell you they have fought for that right and strongly support it today. Yet the Right Wing would have you believe that by doing so, you are "underminging the troops".
Today we have John Murtha, a highly respected veteran of service past. He's been demoted to a "cut and run coward" and wack job.
It's obvious by the actions and shouting of the Right Wing, that it is NOT the military service of a veteran they admire, it IS their politics and whether or not they still "fall in".
Now imagine a soldier today serving in Iraq or Afghanistan or anywhere who is fulfilling their commitment of duty, if they agree or not with American policy and today's wars. Do they ever wonder if down the road be it tomorrow or next year or 10, or 20, or 30 years that their military service will be be-littled and degraded to a farce? Do you think that a soldier who supports bush fully would offer any less cover fire to a soldier who doesn't? Or the other way around for that matter. Do you think soldiers sit around their quarters calling each other cowards or yellow or commie or liberal or terrorist supporter just because of their politics? What type of cohesiveness would this cause amongst "brothers" in battle?
I am dreading to hear what the Right Wing has to say about young soldiers like Tomas Young, who was paralyzed in the same battle in which Casey Sheehan died, and is hoping to campaign across America for stem cell research with others like him. You see, Tomas is only 22, and he would love to be able to walk again one day if at all possible, he told me in DC. Will they say things like "oh he was too stupid to take cover during battle"... or "he wants to kill babies cuz he can no longer shoot randomly at innocent children in Iraq"? Sick I know, but I put nothing past the hate of the Right Wing towards people that disagree with them.
It is the rhetoric of words that have spewed from the Right regarding military service that guarantees "spitting on the troops" is not over. For them anyway.

Maybe I'm nuts, but.....
Even today there are many unanswered questions about 9/11. The 9/11 Commission remains under a dark cloud for the things they didn't investigate, and now Able Danger is some big dark hush hush mystery that in my opinon today bush and Rummy's DoD are PROTECTING CLINTON. ? The family members of the 9/11 victims sure aren't happy with the answers they never recieved. And Sybill Edmonds??? Well that's pretty much a joke and a coverup by someone who doesnt want us to know anything.
So, I wonder. Is the Iraq war serving two purposes pehaps? 1. being a distraction away from all the questions about 9/11 and 2. to keep us away from asking any more questions.
Oh sure, I belive that the Neo-Cons and Cheney's cabal knew exactly what they were doing all along and wanted to go oust Saddam..... but is Iraq's front on the "war on terror" being purposely allowed to deteriorate into a quagmire? There WAS NO AFTER WAR PLAN... we know that... But with American's attention focused over there.... very few people are left to ask questions that reamain unanswered yet today about 9/11.... if even asked at all.
These "people" know exactly what they are doing in Iraq.
