We Tried to Tell You
Well, I think it's pretty much official, Americans that supported bush in retaining his seat in the oval office, now regret it. Bush's recent poll numbers have him in the low 40% range, not too impressive for a man who said he had been given a mandate. (even though Ohio was stolen)
Hurricane Katrna left the bush administration totally naked. The American people saw and gapsed loudly in unison as they finally saw that the President had no clothes. At first bush tried to deny he was naked, then some magic mirror must have shown him his reflection and he attempted to cover his naked body from the crowd's whispering, pointing, and rolling on the floor laughing histeria of many.
I belive that regardless of how many of the people felt about bush prior to this natural disaster that happened in part due to man's own selfish greed, and dobt that he will be able to fall back on the positives people saw blindly before. I believe that his past supporters will reflect on the state of many things as they are today and begin to question his past judgement, and theirs.
And I also can't help but wonder if bush's "judgemental, discriminating god ", is giving bush everything he deserves. Will bush be known in history as the President of Death?
