Does bush "hate us" too?

It seems to me, that every time someone talks about bush eroding our Constitution, or spying on us without a warrant, or locking up an American citizen without the right to a lawyer not even knowing what the charges against them are, or that he LEAKED "secret intelligence" to discredit another American that showed bush to be a liar, by outing his wife, or his ignoring of the Geneva Convention, or that he LIED US INTO WAR, somewhere in his rebuttal, he always seems to claim they have a "pre 9/11 mentality".

Why does he do these things to begin with? Beacuse these are the protections from government the "Terrorists Hate". At least this is what he claimed on Sept. 20, 2001, as he addressed our shocked and mourning nation after the 9/11 attacks.

"Americans are asking, why do they hate us? They hate what we see right here in this chamber -- a democratically elected government. Their leaders are self-appointed. They hate our freedoms -- our freedom of religion, our freedom of speech, our freedom to vote and assemble and disagree with each other. ......"

Is that so? They hate our "freedoms" more than they hate our U S policy, or the factUS troops were in Saudi Arabia, or how our need for oil dictates over their religious beliefs in their countries. Who would have ever thunk it, that some American citizen carrying a protest sign, or going to the voting booth, or writing a dissenting political op-ed would tip the terrorists over the edge to attack us as they did.

I'd bet money that American citizen Bill Neel never dreamed he would be arrested in Pittsburhg for disorderly conduct, but he was when he refused to go to the bush designated "free speech zone" with his protest sign in Sept, 2002. Or,for that matter, were any of the hundreds of others all across America who would suffer the same consequence under bush's "free speech zones" .

I guess maybe bush was afraid a "terrorist" might see Mr. Neel, a 65 y/o retired steel worker and others like him on the evening news and get enraged or something. Because after all, Mr. Neel, and hundreds of Americans just like him were exercising an American constitutonally protected right that terroists hate. Can't have that now can we?

On a personal note, a few short weeks after attending a bush protest/ Cindy Sheehan solidarity rally, the day bush came to Illinois to sign the Highway pork laden Transportation Bill, I attended a hometown meeting (in my home town) about free trade put on by a local steel plant. Now I have never been arrested, and as far as I know never identified as a "threat" by our government. However, upon entering the line and after the reception desk for the townhall meeting, I was pulled out of the crowd by a bald man dressed up in a black paramilitary style uniform with no identifying marks or anything, yet armed, and was "warned" that this is private property and there will be no protesting or outburst of any kind allowed by me, or I will be immediately escorted out and did I understand? And bush wasn't even at this event.

Now little ol' naieve me asked the man, "what, you don't like my shirt?", as on the front it had an American flag, yet on the back I had written in black Sharpie; shirt made in china. American owned "buy" China. He assured me it wasn't the shirt, butI didn't notice anyone else being pulled out of the entrance line either. So, what that was about I have no idea, but my girlfriend is convinced I'd been put on a list somewhere. Heck, I thought Lou Dobbs might like my shirt, as he had sent a camera crew there to cover it live for his broadcast. I behaved myself and was allowed to stay without any further incident.

Mr. bush and his "friends" seem to feel they have the religion market cornered in America. Many claimed the election of 2004 proved that. Well how nice. To me, that is his admission to religious intolerance within not only the Christain faith, but all other faiths across America as well. It sort of reminds me of my Mother's brother, the Southern Baptist, telling her and the other siblings they were all "going to Hell" and that they needed to look into his faith and find a church like his if they wanted to go to heaven. Only bush's message seemed to be that if you didn't use your religion to guide your vote, you were against America and going to get us all killed by the "terrorists", or that the "gays" were gonna take over and turn all the kids gay and then turn America over to the terrorists. Because, afterall, freedom of religion and tolerance is only gonna tick the "terrorists" off further and we are gonna need our religion to defeat the "terrorists" and the gays!

Besides, who really needs Homeland Security(a pretty much defunct agency) to protect our ports, or borders, or airports, when we got "god" on our side. And besides, touting the Dept. of Homeland Security surely doesn't bring in the campaign donations the way God does. It might even create "unity" amongst interests to ALL Americans. And we can't have that either.

Our Right to Disagree. I'm sure he learned about this hated right from the leaders of the TALIBAN when he courted them first in Texas, and then in the White House. Maybe that is where he got the idea, "this would be a whole lot easier if this were a dictatorship. So long as I'm the dictator". You know the heavy handed control the Taliban had over the people in Afghanistan had to have given bush a hard on.

Disagreement is something bush can't handle. Maybe it's his lack of integrity or he knows he's a lousy "decider" and feels he doesn't need to be reminded. Here's a list of disagreers.

The most famous casualty of disagreement never even uttered a single word. Valerie Plame. Oh, but her husband did! Joe Wilson disagreed strongly and truthfully with bush's claim that Saddam had sought uranium from Africa. Ironically, and laughinly so, due to the nature of bush's actions regarding Wilson's disagreeing view, it was almost one year to the day that bush went from looking at a "mandate" to looking at a court date via Scooter Libby's indictment.

And bush claimed the terroists hated our right to disagree. Yeah right.


The right to freely elect our leaders. Well I don't think I need to remind anyone that bush was appointed by America's own high relious council, the Supreme Court of the United States. Bush didn't feel the people's right to vote should out weigh him feeling "disinfranchised" by actually COUNTING the VOTES in Florida. And Ohio, what the hell was that? Heck, bush STILL aint' president legally in my opinion, yet there he sits all smug and cocky telling us how "terrorists" hate our right to freely elect our leaders.

Hey Mr. Bush, how does it feel knowing that the history books will forever asteric your time in the White House with something like; Statistically Impossible?

If the "terroists" hate our right to vote as bush says they do, I'm sure he has Osama smiling now, for our "leader" seems to be "self appointed" too. To hell with the people in Florida and Ohio.

Let's see what's left. Oh yeah, how bout the right to an attorney, and and a laywer, and to know the charges agaisnt you. The Sixth Amendment. I'm sure the "terrorists" would prefer bush just lock us up and throw away the key. Oh wait, bush did that with Jose Padilla, then judicially "cut and ran", didn't even mention the "dirty bomb" for which he was originnally imprisoned and transfered him out of military to civillian custody as soon as he saw you he facing a challenge in the Supreme Court for your "terrorist perferred" I mean, illegal detention.

What was the headline? Bush Authorized Unwarranted NSA Wiretaps, close enough for me. In December of 2006, American's woke up to learn that bush ordered the NSA to listen in on phone calls, completely ignoring a very plain and understandable law against it. This to me, sounds more like an Iranian or Saudi tactic than the government of the United States.

Out of all the 10 original individual rights afforded to the American people by the Constitution, the First and Fourth are probably the most cherished by ordinary Americans as these are the ones we rely on on a daily basis no matter who we are.

Just like Saddam's police of old, and like Iran's and Saudi Arabia's special police do in their countries because they can, bush violated our right to privacy and said he could do it because he was protecting us from the "terrorists". To hell with the law!

So, once again the terrorists win right here on American soil, because as bush said "they hate our freedoms".

Mr. bush do you realize that today many Americans live in more fear of you destroying America's founding principles and ideals than they do terrorists? We are afraid FOR our country and what you will further do to divide us and weaken our fabric as a unified people.

You use terrorism as a "SHIELD" to thwart off the truth of your illegal deeds and criminal acts against the citizens of this country. You and your what I call Osama in a box message machine. Well guess what Mr. Bush, I am not afraid of you or your phony BS about the terrorists are coming. It is you that is playing the role of the terrorist today and you are doing more damage to this country than they ever could. They can only destroy things that can be re-built, but you are destroying us from within.

Why do YOU hate us so?

The attrocitys I have depicted here are much worse and much more complex than I have described. For those of you who may dispute my claims, with a little work on your part, you will find them all well documented in our nations court system. Google works quite well.

Well we all know that prior to 9/11 he would have never been able to accomplish or defend any of this. Perhaps this is why he IGNORED the PDA of Aug. 6, 2001.

Bush's "terrorist" way of thinking

On Sept. 20, 2001, in his speech to the nation, bush read from his prompter the following words:

"Americans are asking, why do they hate us? They hate what we see right here in this chamber -- a democratically elected government. Their leaders are self-appointed. They hate our freedoms -- our freedom of religion, our freedom of speech, our freedom to vote and assemble and disagree with each other. ......"

Since this time, bush has, Used religion to further divide America, set up "free speech zones", "won" another questionable election, outed Valerie Plame, and "detained" our Fourth, Sixth, and Eighth Amendment Rights.

Does bush "Hate us" too?
